How to move there?
From the North, visitors can travel by many ways. In addition to private cars, there is a Limousine car to take you to your place on request (Phuc Xuyen, Van Don Xanh, Halong Travel…) with a ticket price of 180,000 – 220,000 VND per person. Pick up the bus at the stations in Hanoi city. The price of a passenger car is about 150,000 – 200,000 VND per person.
The most ideal travel direction is the highway Hanoi – Hai Phong, Hai Phong – Ha Long. The road is beautiful, it’s take about 2.5 to 3 hours.
In Ha Long, if you don’t have a personal vehicle, you can rent a motorbike for 120,000 – 200,000 VND for a day. Tourists who traveling in large numbers such as families, groups of friends, colleagues… should hire a taxi (Mai Linh, Thanh Hung, Thinh Hung…),or order a Grab or Uber (bike or car) or you could also rent a private car.
What is the best Season to Visit Halong?
Ha Long city is located in the North, so the climate is full of 4 seasons. Each season here has its own beauty, the spring and autumn are cool though, suitable for witnessing a less noisy Halong and participating indoor activities as well as outdoor activities. Explore amusement parks. High season is from June to August, the city is crowded, especially on weekends.
